Thank you for reserving the Bennie Ray Moseley Pavilion at Milan City Park. Please keep proof of your payment with you on the day of your reservation.

PLEASE NOTE: FOOD TRUCKS AND BOUNCE HOUSES ARE NOT ALLOWED WITHOUT PRIOR PERMISSION & ADDITIONAL PERMITS.

* Loud, vulgar or otherwise offensive music is NOT allowed. If complaints are made, you may be asked to leave the premises.

* No golf carts or ATV type vehicles, other than automobiles, are allowed to be used in the park. Some exceptions may be made (with permission from the Park staff) for special events at the saddle club, etc.

* Any disorderly conduct is prohibited and will be investigated by the Milan Police Department.

* Dogs, cats and other pets are prohibited unless they are crated, caged or on a leash, or otherwise under physical restrictive control at all times. Persons shall clean up a pet’s waste in any park area.
Failure to clean up the waste is a violation of park rules.

* The use or possession of fireworks and firecrackers is prohibited, except upon written permission of the Park Director or Foreman.

* The Park Staff, during such periods of time as he may prescribe, may prohibit smoking on any or all portions of the park as he sees fit.

* No alcoholic beverages of any kind are allowed in any area of the park.

* All lost articles shall be deposited by the finder at the office of the Park Staff.

* SANITATION: All garbage, papers, cans, bottles, waste materials and rubbish of any kind must be disposed of only at points or places designated for the disposal thereof or removed from the area.

** All other posted rules and regulations in the City Park apply to visitors and must be followed as posted.
